Monday is here again, its raining, Im tired still and work ahead, off to London to socialise on Wednesday, means a few beers and catch up on gossip, so has to be done......Thurs night out in Manchester with differenent set of friends, Friday local with liver problems but just local, Sat night out in Liverpool I think......Sunday just die.........
So being single working out ok, friday night bit of a backward step, drank way to much and went on woe is me text mission....oh dear...
So new policy this week, cut down on spending money on tatty food, eat healthy and start swimming...again....toned for the summer time . India, Australia and New Zealanad hopefully..
