Yes its a car, that Ive always wanted, and enjoy, it doesnt make me a better person, doesnt mean Im better, doesnt make my knob bigger, its just a CAR.... ok.... that I have a passion for.....and Im not a snob...born in wythenshawe and work my arse off to pay for stuff.....and to give me and the kid a good life...and yeh driveway being done next year, to cold now.....

Read this and couldn't help but smile because I've had the same argument with my ex. I've got a thing for cars too (I just happen to live somewhere that requires an SUV..yuck!). Anyway...countless times he's gotten off on a big tangent about the fact that I want a sports car...saying that 'it's just to impress others' or that '(i) am so easily swayed by what other people like'
dear god can't someone just like a car...or a piece of art...or whatever and it just be that..something they like! I think if you work hard...and it's something you've always dreamed of then get it! life's too short to worry about what others think!
